Schedule a Free Consultation
We'll talk by phone for 20 minutes to discuss what you're looking for and whether we're a good fit. This is a chance for you to ask questions and get a feel for how I work.

First Session
Your first session is 90 minutes. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your history, and what you hope to achieve. This gives us time to get to know each other and begin planning our work together.

Ongoing Sessions
We'll meet regularly to work on what's been holding you back. The frequency and format will depend on what works best for you—whether that's weekly individual sessions or scheduled intensives.
