Fees and Session Options

  • Our first session will last 90 minutes. We will discuss your history, current issues, and future outcomes.

    90 minutes, $225

  • 60 minutes, $150

  • 2 hours, $300

    3 hours, $450

    Intensives are true deep dives. We will have more time to process what you are working on and hopefully get some sense of relief faster.

Do you take insurance?

River and Roots does not accept insurance. Insurance often has limits on the length of each session and requires a mental health diagnosis. Private pay allows us to curate your care outside of the medical model. River and Roots is happy to provide a “superbill” if you want to submit this to your insurance company.

How do I pay?

Paying is simple and integrated into our HIPPA-compliant scheduling and messaging system. Enter your information into the client portal, and you will be charged at the time of service. The initial consultation is free of charge. Your card data is stored confidentially and encrypted.
